━━━━━━━━━━━━
Ed is a residential contractor, real estate broker and native Oregonian. Raised in a small rural community in southern Oregon called Applegate, at 8 years old, he was swinging a hammer, building a substantial addition to his family home. The day he turned 15 he had his first flying lesson in a Cessna 152 and soon was flying for Weyerhaeuser. He went on to become a commercial pilot, as well as an aeronautics specialist with a law firm in Portland. It was at the law firm he took an interest in land use and its effect on populations and economics. Going back to his roots, Ed has remodeled and “flipped” several homes in the past 20 years. The tangible result of using his hands has carried on through the years as a form of relaxation and accomplishment. Ed likes to cook, hike, travel, tinker with cars, and hang out with his three children. He says he gives a lot of thought towards finding people their perfect house, and working to make it their perfect home.
