Columbia Real Estate Innovations was founded in the beginning of 2021 with the hope of becoming a company for the people. Founder and manager Ed DeMott had the realization that so many contracting companies make promises that are never held up and is here to change that perception. We specialize in preparing homes for sale, performing inspection item repairs, completing real estate transactions, and remodeling homes for current homeowners. Additionally, we specialize in restoring old homes to their former glory.
